Have you ever wondered what songs children sing in Norway? Do they have a similar song to ours Rain, rain, rain? And what about the Nordic composers? What means do they use to express joy or humour in their music? Does it sound different from German or Italian joy? This year we will look into the heart of music. The emotions it describes, evokes and sometimes literally materialises. Music can help us to get out of any mess, to caress a sore spot and also to multiply happiness and joy. How can it do that? And how is it perceived by people in different parts of the world? During our four sessions together we will look at four different parts of the world.
